Shared Equipment

  • Yoga mats: 30 (shared between MMH and YR)
  • Meditation cushions: 40 (shared between MMH and YR)
  • Yoga blocks: 15 (primarily YR)

Room Booking Guidelines

  • MM Hall: Book 2 weeks ahead for courses; 1 week for events
  • Yoga Room: Available same-week for regular sessions
  • UN Room: First-come for meetings; reserve for special sessions
  • Library Room: Available for impromptu use; reserve for recurring meetings
