Room Booking Guidelines
- MM Hall: Book 2 weeks ahead for courses; 1 week for events
- Yoga Room: Available same-week for regular sessions
- UN Room: First-come for meetings; reserve for special sessions
- Library Room: Available for impromptu use; reserve for recurring meetings
