Shared Equipment

  • Yoga mats: 30 (shared between MMH and YR)

Room Booking Guidelines

  • MM Hall: Book 2 weeks ahead for courses; 1 week for events
  • Yoga Room: Available same-week for regular sessions
  • UN Room: First-come for meetings; reserve for special sessions
  • Library Room: Available for impromptu use; reserve for recurring meetings

  2. In Sheets: Facilitator lookup by code (external sheet links code → name, contact)
  3. In communications: Reference code for clarity (e.g., "Who's covering FU-SAT this week?")

Data lives externally: Facilitator names, contacts, and assignments are in Google Sheets (not in this doc). See IT Backlog for setup tasks.
