Data Files
Purpose: Person-specific data separated from process documentation.
Principle: Process docs describe WHAT to do. Data files contain WHO does it. See WHO/WHAT separation for rationale.

How to Update
- Contact changes: Update the relevant data file directly
- New data category: Create new file in this folder, add to index
- Process changes: Update the referencing doc (lead/, admin/, volunteer/)
