Knowledge in Action Sessions
Sangha-Powered Productivity

🚀 Knowledge in Action Sessions
(Sangha/Family-Powered Productivity)
Want a right head start on your 2026 resolutions—or finally tick off that lingering 2025 task? Let's do it together.
🌞 Sunday Flow (Right After Long Kriya @ 10:30 AM)
🧩 Session 1 — 45 mins Wisdom + Intention Setting + Sprint 1 A spark of knowledge from Gurudev and a simple takeaway sankalpa… then you dive into your mission (work, course prep, creative project, life admin, sahaj—whatever's calling you - you do you).
🍽 Break for Lunch
⚡ Session 2 — 45 mins Sprint 2 + Stay for the Magic Continue where you left off, and then relax with a "Surprise Guest" sharing how they've been living Knowledge in Action.
💫 Your Agenda. Your Pace.
- Sprint & Go: Leave after any sprint once your task is done.
- Stay for the Magic: Soak in insights and inspiration.
- Extra Merit Mode: If you end up helping the center while finishing your own stuff… no complaints from us. 😉
🎯 Why Join?
Because we're aiming for micro-moksha—tiny liberations through intentional attention—supported by a loving family - your Sangha.
Come for the Long-Kriya break… stay longer for the breakthrough. ✨
See you Sunday! 🙏
Implementation Strategy — Target outcomes, roles, metrics
Target Outcomes
- Increase Sunday in-person presence
- Transform center into volunteers' second home
- Create natural seva opportunities
- Build stronger volunteer community
Key Roles
- Kriya Leaders: Continue as usual
- Session Facilitator: Present every Sunday with backup plan
- Guest Leaders: DMV teachers sharing Knowledge in Action experiences
Flexibility Format
- In-person preferred (building center community)
- Online option for broader reach
- Come for any duration that works
The Three Pillars Integration
- Seva: Natural service opportunities emerge when volunteers stay at center
- Sadhana: Building on Sunday Kriya energy
- Satsang: Knowledge application in real-time
Success Metrics
Immediate (First Month): - 10-15 volunteers per Sunday session - 3-5 campaign tasks completed per session - 60% return rate week-to-week
Medium-term (3 Months): - Regular Sunday community of 20-25 - Natural seva projects emerging - Teachers engaged as guest leaders - Volunteers treating center as home
From Attendee to Volunteer
Knowledge in Action is the natural entry point for new volunteers. After 1-2 sessions, participants: - See what's actively happening - Meet current volunteers organically - Discover where their energy fits
Next step for engaged attendees: Point them to the How to Volunteer guide — their roadmap for picking a role and showing up with confidence.
Operational Decisions
| Item | Decision |
|---|---|
| Facilitator | See KIA assignment in Facilitators sheet. Backup: Sunday Kriya teacher. |

| Kriya teacher brief | KIA Facilitator coordinates. Check Sunday Kriya calendar for who's teaching. |

| Seva assignments | Available if they want, no demands. Family helps family. |
| Start date | This Sunday. |
WHO data lives externally: Facilitator names and contacts are in the Facilitators Google Sheet, not in this doc. Look up by code
